We have an established history of making sure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. We believe that an unhappy customer is a customer that does not return. If you find you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please take the following steps to return the product for a refund.
Prior to returning, you must fill out an RMA Request Form or contact Customer Service at 800.449.9348 Ext#826 for an RMA number. All returns must have an RMA number. Any items returned without an RMA will be refused. If the reason for return is our error, full credit (plus shipping if applicable) will be refunded. Any defective parts must be reported to us within 48 hours (or 2 business days) of receipt of goods. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of goods.
Pickguard Warranty Information:
Do not remove the protective cover or place any components on the pickguard until you have made a "dry run" on the guitar. Make sure all mounting holes and pickup cuts are positioned correctly prior to installation. Pickguard replacement warranty will be void if cover is removed.
Custom Shop Exceptions:
Due to the uniqueness of pickguard customization, custom shop pickguards (non-standard models ordered via tracing or custom template) are eligible for return only if found to be defective or incorrect, all other custom shop pickguards are non-returnable/non-refundable.
Custom Modification Exceptions:
As with custom shop pickguards, standard pickguard models (available online) with specially marked (NR*) modifications are eligible for return only if found to be defective or incorrect, all other pickguards with (NR*) modifications are non-returnable/non-refundable.
Any part which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee or refuse any exceptions.
